CUSTOMS AND FEES
Orders shipping to a US address: All orders to the US ship Postal Delivery and Duties Paid (PDDP), which means that you do not have to pay anything extra when you receive your order. The shipping cost includes a 12 USD PDDP fee by Swiss Post, which is automatically waived for orders over 200 USD. Currently, PDDP shipping is the only way to ship orders to the United States via the Swiss Post.
All other orders shipping internationally may be liable for Customs Duties and Fees according to your country's regulations. Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders that have been returned because of failure/refusal to pay Customs Duties and Fees.
